Starz’s Win Your Way to Camelot

Objectives:

  • Boost consumer awareness, engagement, viral buzz and tune-in to the new Starz series, Camelot, through a Facebook-based sweepstakes and instant-win game.

Tactics:

  • The Camelot Facebook page invited consumers to enter a sweepstakes and participate in an instant-win game for chances to win series-themed rewards. The sweepstakes awarded a Grand Prize trip to Wales and England, Starz Camelot gift packs or DVD sets, while the instant-win game directed consumers to “pull the sword” from the virtual stone. TPE handled rules development, state registrations and bonding, instant-win seeding, winner verification and fulfillment of all prizes (except the Grand Prize).

Results:

  • Nearly 15K sweepstakes entries were received during the promotional window and 684 instant-win prizes were awarded.
