Objectives:

  • Develop a weekend program around the SPEED All-Star Race that gave viewers the ultimate NASCAR experience and fully immerse winners in the SPEED brand.

Tactics:

  • TPE handled all group travel elements including coordination of travel, hotel, ground transportation and NASCAR arrangements and ticket distribution. Our team also created and managed a SPEED-themed hospitality suite and welcome reception, branded room drops including ear plugs, travel cases, hats and more.

Results:
  • A group of 34 travelers from 17 markets enjoyed the ultimate NASCAR experience.
