Objectives:

  • Develop a weekend program around the Kids’ Choice Awards that allows key clients and their families to immerse themselves in the “Complete Nickelodeon Experience.”

Tactics:

  • TPE has partnered with the Nickelodeon Event Marketing team for ten years and counting to create a brand immersion weekend around the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards show. TPE coordinated travel, hotel and transportation arrangements; created and managed Nickelodeon-themed post awards show pajama party and screening; a kids-only, pre-show glam & go spa; on-site client meetings; character breakfasts; beach activities; Nickelodeon hospitality suites and a Kids’ Choice Teen Lounge.

Results:
  • TPE was originally secured to manage this program for Promotions Marketing. Based on effective management and execution, we now handle the VIP program for Consumer Products, Content Distribution & Marketing, Recreation and International.
